This furnished studio apartment with a double bed in a loft and 1-bathroom is for rent on Calle San Matías in the city centre. Underneath the loft is a desk, and cupboard with everything you need to cook in the equipped kitchen. The bathroom is similarly well-appointed with a shower, toilet and sink.
The University of Granada is only a 20-minute walk away, or just over 10-minutes by bus. Alhambra is also within walking distance at only a 15-minute walk away. Closer to the apartment you'll find a supermarket and a few restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a wardrobe under the loft bed for additional storage.
- The kitchen unit is painted green to add a splash of colour to the apartment.
- There is a large terrace shared with the other tenants of the apartment building.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment only has one small window and may get dark easily.
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 2 washing machines for 2 apartments.
- Only Erasmus studentsare accepted in this property.
