This tidy studio apartment with 1-bathroom and a double bed is located on Calle San Matías in the city centre. The open plan kitchen and living area are well-equipped, with a microwave, 2-burner stove and TV. The bathroom is similarly well-equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
There is a pharmacy, bank and supermarket within a 5-minute walk of this apartment. There are also several great bars and restaurants nearby as well. The Mirador de San Cristobal is only a 20-minute walk away, while the Granada Science Park is just a little further at half an hour.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- There is plenty of storage in this apartment, including a wardrobe downstairs and chest of drawers upstairs in the loft.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a stunning terrace shared by the apartment complex.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 2 washing machines for 2 apartments.
- There is no parking available, but there is public transport nearby.
- Only Erasmus studentsare accepted in this property.
