ALL BILLS INCLUDED Spacious bedroom available in Guimaraes city center. The apartment is located about ten min walk from the bus station and the University of Minho and fifteen min from the train station in the historical center, walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, ideal to enjoy your student life. The bedrooms are fully equipped (double bed, study desk and storage space). Bedding, pillows, duvet and towels are provided with the room. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, coin operated washer/dryer, kitchenware and cookware). You would be sharing the house with students already living in the apartment. If interested feel free to contact me. The language of the house is English, please only reply to this ad in English.
