What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The flat is 3 min away from the Osmanbey metro station. There are lots of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, coffee shops in walking distance. It is a two-floor (duplex) apt with 2 bathroom in each floor and 1 kitchen. It is clean and renovated. Taksim is 20min walking distance, 5 min with metro, 10min by bus. Nişantasi is only 10 min walking distance from the building where you can find all famous brands shops, chic cafes, chic restaurants and a park.

This 5-bedroom duplex apartment offers individual rooms for rent. Offering rooms with double beds to single beds, there is a bedroom for all tastes. The 2 floors allow for privacy between tenants, but the kitchen and living room is on the 1st floor for easy access.
Sisli is a residential area that offers the best of both worlds; a quiet area close to all the action. A neighborhood that now attracts entrepreneurs, is a mix between the old country-style buildings and incredible penthouses. Nearby you have Istanbul Cevahir Shopping and Entertainment Centre and a large selection of bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in great location, close to shopping centers and a metro ride to the Old Town.
- The property comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven.
- Although in a traditional building, the bathroom has been completely renovated.

- The building does not have an elevator.
