Hey, we are a Mediterranean couple, and we prefer to introduce ourselves this way rather than focusing on our Spanish-Turkish backgrounds. We enjoy working collectively and creating things together. Jose is an architect, and I, Seda, am a sociologist. We’re both full-time construction workers on our house! We’re not professionals in renting, but we really enjoy hosting guests and meeting new people, and through this, we’ve made so many friends! We’re still working on improving the house, and since we love both restoration and hosting, we’d be happy to hear your ideas—maybe we can make some changes together! The studio located in one of Istanbul’s historical neighborhoods, this private studio includes a kitchen, shower, toilet, and its own garden and the glass-covered cistern. You'll also have access to a shared rooftop terrace. Just two hundreds meters from the train station, it's a calm and special place surrounded by layers of history.
