Located in the central neighborhood of Alvalade, set in a well-maintained residential building, this spacious four-bedroom apartment offers a welcoming and functional environment for residents who value space and comfort. It is equipped with everything you will need during your stay, with free WI-FI, cable TV, a full kitchen, a washing machine and dishwasher, and various appliances for your convenience.
This beautiful property comes fully equipped to meet all your needs, and consists of the following:
BEDROOMS: Four generous bedrooms, three of them with a queen-sized bed and another with a single bed, which has a drawer that converts into a second single bed. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. Cupboards offer ample storage space for clothes and personal belongings. Well-insulated walls to ensure privacy and noise reduction.
BATHROOMS: Two complete and well-equipped bathrooms, one of which is connected to one of the bedrooms. A hairdryer is available for your convenience.
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with high-quality appliances, such as a stove, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Spacious counters offer ample area for food preparation. Built-in cupboards for storing kitchen utensils, groceries, and accessories.
LIVING ROOM: Airy and well-lit living room, ideal for relaxing or receiving visitors. Direct access to the balcony, visually expands the space and allows fresh air and natural light in.
BALCONY: The welcoming balcony, accessible from the living room, provides a peaceful outdoor haven, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals, reading a book, or simply taking in the view.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING THIS PROPERTY SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED (1000€): The security deposit will serve as a protection for any damages that may occur at the property. WELCOME KIT: To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week of stay, such as dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Things to keep in mind
- Please make yourself at home!
- Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
*The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.
