A modern, functional design and lovely decoration characterize the property The intelligent furniture layout and the communal areas' integration provide a cozy and practical environment for everyday life. Spread over two floors, ideal for small families or couples, the property provides :
BEDROOMS - 2 bedrooms equipped with a queen bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables, ensuring comfort and practicality. One of the bedrooms is located on the lower floor and has a door that leads directly to a communal outdoor patio. (Please note, to access this room you have to use stairs).
KITCHENETTE - Compact and functional, equipped with essential appliances such as a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and more. The cupboards provide adequate storage space for kitchen utensils and groceries. The open plan allows easy interaction with the living room, creating an inviting and social environment.
LIVING AREA - It has a comfortable sofa, a modern wall-mounted television, and a dining table that seats four, ideal for meals with family or friends.
BATHROOM - It has a bath or shower, washbasin, toilet, and mirror, all decorated with modern, quality materials. A hairdryer is available for your convenience.

- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
