This studio apartment for rent is bright and open. The living room is o the first floor and has a couch, large window and TV. There is also a desk underneath the stairs. The bathroom is also on this floor and comes with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Upstairs is the bedroom, which has a double bed.
The washing machine is part of a common area. There is also a shared courtyard, which is sunny and has plants and benches. You're sure to meet your neighbors in the kitchen, which is a communal space. It comes with an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The dining area has several tables and chairs in a relaxed, bar-like space.
There are several supermarkets nearby as well as the Mercado de Arroios. There is also a large park with a museum, shops, and restaurants.
