7-bedroom flat on the 3rd floor, featuring 2.5 WCs (one without a shower). The living room includes a TV and opens onto a balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The building also has a lift for easy access.

This comfortable room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room also features a shared balcony that ensures lots of natural light. We would like to inform you that this room has two doors shown in the pictures, however, one of them is sealed and does not have access to anywhere. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
