The area is well-connected by public transport, making it easily accessible. However, it is safe enough to stroll around with little to no worries.

Flat description: 5-bedroom flat located on the 4th floor, featuring 2.5 WCs (one without a shower). The flat includes a dining area furnished with a table and chairs. equipped with a TV and a fully furnished kitchen, which comes with a washing machine for added convenience. The building has a lift for easy access.

o The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). o A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. o We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. o The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. o The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. o Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. o All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. o Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. o We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.

Facing the entrance of the building, the room features a shared balcony that offers lovely street views and abundant natural light.
