Individual bedroom in a shared apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. The room has air conditioning for total comfort.
Exceptionally well located: Colombo, Colégio Militar metro and many bus lines to the whole city.
Some minutes walk to Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa, and Universidade Europeia. Bedroom includes towels, duvet, sheets and weekly cleaning of common areas. Bedroom cleaning and laundry are available at request and extra cost.
All tilities are included in the monthly rent: electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning in the common areas.
