This studio apartment is located on a residence so you will be sharing the kitchen and the patio with other tenants as well. The studio itself has a mezzanine floor so it is divided into two level. On the lower level, there is a large closet, a study desk, a comfortable armchair, facing the TV, a mini fridge and a bathroom. On the upper level, you have the bedroom which comes furnished with a single bed. The best part is the patio which has a lovely vertical garden.
The studio is perfect for students studying in near-by universities. Around here, you will find several shops and grocery stores. There are also a lot of restaurant and bars. Interesting things to do around; visit the Alameda garden located only 4 minutes away, by foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is cosy and perfect for students.
- Its cool since you have your own privacy in the studio but if you need company, you can go to the kitchen or patio and find people to hang out with.
- The apartment comes furnished with everything you need.
- The location is great since it is very convenient as you have the metro, the supermarkets and restaurants in close proximity.
