Beautiful quiet three - room apartment seventy one square meters in a villa, with a large terrace of sixteen square meters. Located in a green area, two km from the center, two minutes walk from to the bus stop, seven minutes to the center by bus. Nearby is a large shopping center Rudnik. Great location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A room of twelve square meters for one person. There are two students (girls)flatmate in the apartment. You can also use the common recreation area of fifty square meters of terrace.
Parking is available in the public parking lot only. Private parking is available upon request and subject to availability.
