What this property offers?

What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Beautifully designed three-bedroom house in Queens Park. Live in Landlady, but as daughter has left for uni, am now looking to rent out one other room! Therefore the house is very spacious. Tenant would (mostly) have full access to main bathroom (almost an ensuite) and sometimes access to the third bedroom for some additional and private space. I sometimes use this room when I have friends staying and to hang laundry occasionally. I work from home but the house is large and therefore plenty of space for two people to enjoy it easily. I also have a STUNNING Great Dane - so tenants need to be dog friendly! He's gorgeous!
