This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in a fantastic area of the city. The apartment is spacious and bright, with large French windows and a cute balcony that's perfect for your morning coffee. The furniture throughout the apartment is well selected and high quality, making the space feel very elegant. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar for quick meals. The bedroom features twin beds and there is an additional double bed in the living room, which is partitioned from the rest of the space by screens.

The apartment is located on a busy street right in the heart of Guillotière. You'll find everything you need right outside your door, including a post office just across the street. You're within walking distance of many shops and amenities and a quick 5-minute walk takes you to the riverfront. Local bar De l'Autre CôTé du PonT is just down the street, where you'll find a great atmosphere and good food.
