Bright and comfortable studio with a double bed in a private room and a couch. The location is very quiet, with a bus stop just in front of to easily go everywhere in Lyon. Ten minutes from the Lyon Tech La Doua campus and twenty minutes from the Part Dieu station. The house is very quiet with a small garden, ground floor, a smart TV, fiber internet, a desk and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
