Au 1er étage surélevé avec ascenseur, cet appartement est composé d’un séjour avec cuisine US équipée, 2 chambres, une salle de bain, des wc séparés, de nombreux rangements, avec piscine dans la résidence + possibilité de louer la place de parking en sous-sol (pas toujours disponible, me prévenir à l'avance).

This 2-bedroom apartment on Rue Châteaubriand, in the 7th arrondissement is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. The 65 m² property has an open plan layout with a comfortable living and dining room, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in the 7th arrondissement, a bit of a mixed bag, with lively spots in the north and quieter areas to the south. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by, and the Metro is right by the apartment, so getting around is a breeze.
What we liked the most
- The 7th arrondissement is a nice spot to base yourself and well within reach of the best this city has to offer.
- The apartment features nice tiled floors.
- The apartment has a simple but stylish decor.
- The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with plenty of bench space to cook.
