This stylish 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Place de Capucins is on the 2nd floor. It’s close to a main street, but the windows overlook a pedestrian street with cafés. The main space is open concept and includes the kitchen, dining, and living area. It’s cozy, but comfortable with a sofa, chairs, and a TV. The room is rectangular and the one-wall kitchen is modern and equipped. The bathroom includes a large shower cabinet, and the bedroom has a stylish brick wall and double bed. The building has a common laundry room that you can use.
There aren’t a lot of buses or trams in Croix-Rousse, but you’re close to the Metro. You also happen to be in a choice central neighborhood. Your new home is nestled between the Saône and Rhône rivers. If you love the arts, you’re in luck. The Lyon Museum of Fine Arts and National Opera are nearby. If history is up your alley, there is plenty of it around. The Amphitheater of the Three Gauls is less than 5 minutes away, and so is Bartholdi Fountain.

- The bedroom has a narrow nook with a small desk and window.
- There is a large wardrobe for your clothes in the hallway.
- The apartment is trendy but sober.
- The neighborhood is rich in art and history, as well as cafés, bars, and restaurants.
