New and bright, large apartment located on the second floor consists of a large fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large balcony, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has 4 bedrooms including one bedroom with its private bathroom and direct access to the balcony, a large bedroom with direct access to the balcony as well. Well located, shops and tram are at the foot of the building. Each room in the accommodation is eligible for APL under the conditions of the CAF.

Room of 12m², fully furnished. It has a double bed (140x190) and a bedside table with lamp. A working area is included, composed of a desk with chair and lamp. The room also offers several storage spaces: a wardrobe with hanging space and a shelf. The main features of this room are its private bathroom and access to the balcony. Located in the Beauvisage district, this 83m² apartment benefits from an ideal location, near the Parc Sergent Blandan and close to all amenities.
