Beautifully furnished and complete with two comfortable beds, a chic kitchen corner, and a large built-in wardrobe, this secure studio is a perfect choice for everyone who prefers to be based in a lively area with easy access to Université Lumière Lyon 2. The fantastic 20m2 studio is also extremely well-connected with the rest of the city as many bus, metro and tramway services operate just a short walk from the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is beautifully decorated, featuring stylish furniture.
  • Parking space is provided at an additional cost and tenants will also have access to a garden.
  • We love the chic bar, complete with charming barstools.
  • The living room has two beds - a double bed sofa as well as a single bed.
  • The apartment also has a large built-in wardrobe for all your clothes.

Things to keep in mind
