This cozy studio apartment for rent on Place de Capucins is on the 1st floor. The front door opens into the kitchen. It’s a one-wall kitchen with a dining counter and three seats. There is plenty of cupboard space, too. On the opposite wall is a large wardrobe for your clothes. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower cabinet. The main space has two bright windows and a decorative fireplace. It’s furnished with a double bed, comfy chair, and a TV.
You couldn’t ask to live in a better neighborhood than Croix-Rousse. It’s the 1st arrondissement of Lyon, and there is never a dull moment here. You can shop until you drop because there are wonderful boutiques all around. You can eat to your heart's content, too. Theaters are close by, and so are many other tourist destinations. The Lyon Museum of Fine Arts is 5 minutes away. The Lyon National Opera is several minutes from your door. And the Amphitheater of the Three Gauls is even closer.
What we liked the most
- In a common hallway, you’ll find a washer and dryer to share with one other studio.
- You can rent a bike to ride around the city. There is a bike station just down the road.
- You’ll find at least three grocery stores within a 5-minute walk.
- You’ll never run out of things to do in this neighborhood.
