Rooms Madrid alquila esta fantástica habitación en piso compartido, ubicada en la Calle Pilarica nº 15, que pertenece al madrileño distrito de Ucera.
La habitación es muy luminosa, está perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: cama de 1,35cm m con almohada, ropa de cama al completo, edredón, armario con divisores, cuenta con escritorio y silla, calefacción por eléctrica. La habitación cuenta con nevera propia.
Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una cocina, completamente amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, caldera, microondas, etc) el menaje necesario para instalarte sin preocupaciones (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con dos baños.
Rooms Madrid realiza dos limpiezas al mes de las zonas comunes de este piso.
Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, la calle Pilarica se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: grandes comercios, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, etc.
Esta calle está a sólo 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro Usera (línea 6) a 2 minutos a pie de Av de Manzanares (Madrid Río). Se trata de una zona peatonal y de recreo dispuesta a lo largo de un buen tramo del río Manzanares, una zona rodeada de espacios verdes a 15 minutos de Sol y Gran Vía. La zona, además, goza de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades.
