Precioso apartamento de tres dormitorios situado a solo tres minutos a pie de Puerta del SOL, en pleno corazón de Madrid. Ideal para estudiantes internacionales, jóvenes profesionales o grupos de amigos que quieran vivir juntos.
El apartamento tiene capacidad para tres personas y cuenta con una decoración contemporánea y abundante luz natural.
La ubicación difícilmente podría ser más céntrica: la calle Echegaray se encuentra en pleno corazón de Madrid, a pocos minutos a pie de Puerta del SOL, Gran Vía y el Paseo del Prado. Restaurantes, tiendas, bares con encanto, museos y algunos de los principales atractivos culturales de la ciudad están literalmente a la puerta de casa.
Además, está muy bien comunicado con los principales campus universitarios de Madrid: desde Sol se puede tomar el tren de Cercanías y, mediante la línea tres de Metro (línea amarilla), llegar fácilmente a Moncloa, desde donde salen autobuses hacia muchas de las universidades y campus de Madrid.
Durante los últimos diez años, el apartamento ha acogido a estudiantes internacionales y jóvenes profesionales de distintos países, con experiencias muy positivas. Como anfitrión, procuro estar siempre disponible, ofrecer una atención cercana y hacer que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible.
