What we liked the most
- AC units are installed in the apartment - what a luxury!
- This is the most spectacular studio that we've seen in Madrid. With glass floors, state-of-the-art furniture and modern appliances, it cannot be rivalled.
- As well as being super modern, this property also has antique wooden beams which add a little character.
- The bathtub is built into the floor - we've never seen anything like it!
- The interior is filled with plants, for that little bit of outside, inside.
- There are 2 bathrooms in the studio apartment!
- The kitchen has a convenient dishwasher.
- Not only are you living in Malasaña, but you're near Chueca, Sol and Argüelles!
- You will be living a short walk from not 1, but 4 metro stations!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. At least you can save on a gym membership!
- It will be very difficult to leave this apartment.
