Disfruta de unos días inolvidables en este apartamento-ático, en la séptima planta, acogedor, luminoso y tranquilo en pleno barrio de Chamberí, la zona con más encanto en el centro de Madrid. Recientemente reformado. Tiene cincuenta y nueve m² construidos y cuarenta y cuatro m² utiles.
Es un edificio con acabados interiores modernos, con conserje. Tiene mucha luz natural con ventanas a un patio y a la terraza de la comunidad. Cero ruido.
Está totalmente equipado y amueblado para su comodidad.
Tiene una habitación con armario, un baño con ducha, un salón con sofá cama, Wifi y TV. La cocina es muy amplia con todos los electromésticos necesarios.
Es perfecto para temporadas cortas y largas de diplomáticos y estudiantes de Masters en economía y finanzas, investigadores, etc. En la zona del apartamento se localizan muchas embajadas, consulados, y centros de enseñanza superior.
A pocos metros hay un aparcamiento público y abierto las veinticuatro horas. También hay la posibilidad de alquilar una plaza de automóvil en el paseo de Eduardo Dato a tres minutos de distancia.
Los lugares de interés cercanos son: la Plaza de Olavide, la Estación Museo Chamberí (Estación de ferrocarril), en la Plaza de Chamberí, el Museo de Sorolla (Paseo General Martínez Campos).

El dormitorio tiene un armario no empotrado, una cama con canapé que se puede abrir para guardar, por ejemplo ropa de cama, almohadas o maletas pequeñas. Además un cabecero y dos mesitas auxiliares.
Los dos ascensores del edificio llegan hasta la sexta planta. Después hay que subir unas escaleras amplias hasta la terraza comunitaria. Cuando terminan las escaleras hay un pequeño pasillo con dos puertas: la del apartamento y la de la terraza comunitaria. Cuando abres la de la terraza entras primero a un espacio cerrado con tendederos, ventanales y una puerta de la terraza comunitaria.
