A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony is available to rent in Madrid's historic city center. The apartment has a stylish living room with beautiful wood floors, where you can relax on the elegant, L-shaped couch and watch your favorite shows on TV, or step outside onto the balcony for some fresh air on a sunny day. The colorful kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a washer-dryer.
The bedroom has lots of natural light, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things in the mirrored wardrobe. In the modern bathroom, you'll find a big bathtub-- perfect for bubble baths!
You'll be living in Madrid Centro, Madrid's historic city center. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the iconic Puerta del Sol, the amazing Gran Vía, and Cibeles. You'll have it all around here, with restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, and shops on every corner near the apartment. And, with 2 Metro stations to choose from nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
