A modern, elegant 120m2, 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony and AC is available to rent in the cultural mixing pot of Tetuán in Madrid. The property is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully designed with interesting details such as a standalone bathtub, making it both a stylish and comfortable home.
Tetuán is a multicultural district, mainly residential but with plenty of character and charm. With its high immigrant population, each district has its own unique atmosphere and there are restaurants and shops to suit any taste or mood. The property is also only a 21-minute walk from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, making it a perfect home for students.
What we liked the most
- The balcony, with its great views of the street below, is a fantastic addition to the property.
- A dishwasher is a luxury that will save you time on washing up.
- The apartment's unique, minimalist style, with details such as exposed walls, makes it a highly desirable home.
- There are 2 L-shaped sofas that also serve as sofa beds, offering plenty of space for you and your guests to relax or sleep.
