This compact 40 sqm studio is perfect for couples or a single person wanting a modern and low maintenance apartment. This flat has lots of character and is exterior, so it receives plenty of natural light. It enjoys of a fantastic location in Calle Lagasca, in the classy neighborhood of Salamanca, right next to the beautiful Retiro park and close to world class shopping and a great selection of restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is warm, welcoming and very nicely decorated.
- There is a cute small balcony overlooking charming Calle Lagasca.
- The flat has been recently renovated, offering a modern and clean living environment, including a modern fully tiled bathroom, featuring an electric towel rack and a huge mirror.
Things to keep in mind
- Even though this is a small apartment, it makes very good use of the existent space and it is very well equipped, resulting in a very comfortable and pratical living space.
- The kitchen is compact, but functional. The appliances are located inside a cabinet in the hallway, and include a fridge, a washing machine, a sink and a microwave. There is also a handy portable electric stove, which can be stored away when not in use.
