This 58m2, 1-bedroom apartment apartment has a beautifully decorated living area opening out onto a small balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a large dining table and a charming sitting area with 2 comfortable sofas.
The apartment is located in Malasaña, one of the most exciting parts of the city, and just a short walk away from several cafes and restaurants with the best Spanish cuisine in Madrid. The apartment is also just a 2-minute walk from the Tribunal metro station.
What we liked the most
- Malasaña is one of the best areas to live in Madrid.
- The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and a full-length mirror.
- The bathroom is modern and is equipped with a bathtub.
- The living area has air conditioning and heating.
- The balcony offers lovely street views.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television in the apartment, but you will find plenty to keep you entertained in the area surrounding the flat.
