9 spacious and bright rooms are available to rent in the heart of the city in Madrid Centro. This 2nd floor, 220 m² flat with lift is for people who want to live with everything on their doorstep. You will find it very hard to get bored living here, with incredible shopping and nightlife in every direction.

- This is one of the most central apartments in the city.
- With bills included in the price, you know straight up what your costs are.
- The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped.
Things to keep in mind
- There are only two bathrooms shared between nine rooms, however one has two showers.
- This is a very large apartment wih potentially lots of people living in it.
