This bright 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent between Antón Martín and Lavapiés. The 55 m² apartment has a well equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a living space with a sofa bed for when guests stay over. The decor is stylish and contemporary. Nice!
Lavapiés is a cosmopolitan area of the city, with an abundance of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. Here you will also have quick access to public transport that can take you anywhere in the city, and will be within walking distance of much of the city centre. Super convenient!
What we liked the most
- We adore the stylish decor, with cool artwork, funky lampshades and unique pieces of furniture.
- The windows are high up, giving you a lot of privacy,
- The open-plan kitchen and living room is spacious and convenient.
- There are plenty of full-length mirrors.
- From the corridor there's a picturesque view over Madrid's rooftops.
- You can easily reach large swathes of the city centre on foot. Talk about a great location!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator. No need to pay for that gym pass then!
- The apartment does not have an oven.
