A couple-friendly 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace in the heart of Madrid.

It’s gorgeous. High ceilings with rafters. An ensuite bathroom with a glass shower.

AC and heating.

The kitchen area has a microwave, electric stove and mini-fridge. Open the cupboards to find lots of cooking utensils and crockery.

Best of all is the private rooftop terrace. It has a table and chairs. Sit down. Enjoy breathtaking views of Madrid.

You are in Madrid Centro – the city centre. You are surrounded by the best monuments, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Move here to be near:
• CEREM Business School
• TEAMLABS – Innovation campus
• Puerta del Sol
