A gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment with a lovely rooftop terrace is available to rent in central Lavapiés. The apartment has a spacious living room with a minimalistic style, where you can lounge on the sofa and watch some TV or share a meal at the dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the essentials, including a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a 2-burner electric stove. The bathroom is modern and spacious, with a large shower and plenty of storage space under the sink.
Lavapiés is one of Madrid's most central, lively neighborhoods. Known for its multicultural atmosphere, you'll find lots of trendy restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, and nightlife hotspots around the apartment. And, with many of Madrid's most iconic sites just a few minutes' walk from the property, you'll truly have it all here in Lavapiés!
