This 36 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in one of Madrid's most luxurious neighborhoods, Retiro. The apartment makes use of the space that it has with a fully furnished and cozy living room and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and also provides a large pantry for food storage. Facing an interior patio, you receive natural light in addition to having a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
The apartment is located minutes from the Central Park of Madrid, Retiro Park. So close to one of the city's most known sites, you are in a prime location. Having the park nearby makes it a great place to do exercise or spend a sunny afternoon with friends. You also have a metro stop less than 5 minutes away to connect you to the rest of the city.
