This colourful, 1-bedroom duplex apartment available to rent in the city center is perfect for an individual or a couple. The apartment is very stylish and has plenty of personality, with wooden flooring, wood paneling, and a beautiful spiral staircase. The living room opens up to a small balcony, filling it with plenty of natural light. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper floor, which has a skylight window.
The duplex is situated on Calle de la Montera in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance from landmarks such as Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. You are surrounded by international shops such as Nike and Primark, but also have delicious tapas bars to choose from.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has central heat and AC.
- The balcony doors block out the street noise.
- There is a large wardrobe in the entrance hall.
- The living room is very bright and comes with a TV.
- There is a washing machine in the kitchen.
- You are seconds from the Gran Vía metro and less than 5 minutes to the famous Puerta del Sol.
