This 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the Atocha area has just been renovated—everything inside is brand new!. The apartment is very well-decorated with elegant wooden decor and brick and tile walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room area with a double sofa bed with storage space. There is also a full bathroom which, like the rest of the apartment, has been completely renovated.
The apartment is located in the heart of the Atocha neighborhood, a few minutes' walk to the metro and train station. You are also surrounded by Madrid's important attractions including the Reina Sofia Art Museum and Retiro Park.
What we liked the most
- Everything is brand new!
- The table in the living room is extendable and also has extra storage space.
- The living room has very high-quality decor and a large flat-screen TV.
- The bed in bedroom 2 has built-in drawers.
- You can lift the bed in bedroom 1 for extra storage space.
- Living next to the Atocha train station is convenient for traveling.

- The kitchen does not have an oven, but its equipped with an electric stove and microwave.
