This is a stylish and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment available to rent on Palos de la Frontera. From the wall hangings to the chic furniture, this home has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room contains a sofa and television where you can relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with everything you need to meet all your cooking needs. There is a small private patio which gives you a breath of fresh air!
The neighbourhood consists of mainly young people. There are bars, restaurants and shops all around. You're also only a 4-minute walk from the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. Walk 10 minutes and you will arrive at the Real Jardín Botánico, and just a bit further you will find the Parque de El Retiro, which is filled with fountains, statues, a rose garden and even the famous Palacio de Cristal. If it's the bar scene you're after then head into Lavapies in just 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- This is a great central location with plenty of amenities within walking distance, so you can run most of your errands on foot.
- The entire apartment is beautifully decorated and will make you feel right at home from the first day.
- The patio is a great addition to the apartment.
- Guests will sleep comfortably on the living room sofa bed.
- There is air conditioner, perfect for the Spanish summer!
