This elegant 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment available to rent is neighbor to the Palacio Real de Madrid in the city center. Upon entering, you are welcomed by he open-concept kitchen and living room with a breathtaking view of the Catedral de la Almudena. The main room is perfect for entertaining or relaxing, with a living room and dining area with stylish decor and artwork.
On Calle Factor, the apartment is in one of the privileged areas of Madrid City Center. Although you could easily spend hours indoors enjoying the view, there is plenty to see right outside your door. The apartment is about a 6 minute walk to the famous Mercado de San Miguel and about 10 minutes to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol.
What we liked the most
- You can unwind every night enjoying a perfect view of the sunset.
- There is AC in both bedrooms and the living room – you will be thankful during the summer month!
- The apartment is well-decorated with carefully chosen decor.
- The kitchen peninsula doubles as a breakfast bar and extra storage area.
- Bedroom 1 has extra storage under the mattress, and bedroom 2 has a huge built-in wardrobe.
- There is extra storage built into the kitchen peninsula.
