Fantástico apartamento en Finca nueva, totalmente exterior con grandes ventanas y un fantástico mirador, muy luminoso y con grandes vistas al no tener edificios enfrente. Muy bien comunicado con de metro , línea circular, y autobús, por lo que en menos de diez minutos estas en el centro. Junto a la M treinta y grandes zonas verdes como Madrid Río. Supermercados y tiendas a dos minutos, al estar cerca de una zona comercial, a la vez que tranquilo al estar en una calle con tráfico escaso y mayoritariamente peatonal.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is slightly small, but it is very functional.
  • Electricity is included up to a reasonable limit. Excess use of electricity must be paid separately by the tenant.
  • To reach the Madrid city centre, you will have to take public transportation-- it's within 40 minutes by metro from Sol. Fortunately, you have lots of great public transportation options available!
