A stunning 1-bedroom apartment with incredible views of the Madrid city skyline is available to rent nearby a football field in San Isidro. The 60 m² property is completely exterior, giving the home lots of natural light. Each room in the apartment is equipped with AC and heating units, which adds to the comfort of the property. The modern furnishings make this peaceful apartment an ideal home for anyone!

Home to attractions such as the Palacio Vistalegre entertainment venue and the Islazul shopping center, Carabanchel is a vibrant neighbourhood with lots to offer. The nearby metro station means residents are well-connected for easy access to central Madrid and surrounding neighbourhoods. The area also has a large supermarket conveniently located 2 minutes from the apartment. And, with the fantastic San Isidro Park just a 5-minute walk from the property, you'll love your new home in Carabanchel.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has incredible views. You can see the Palacio Real and the skyscrapers in Plaza España from here. Amazing!
  • The apartment has air conditioning, ideal for the summertime.
  • The property is right in front of a football field-- perfect for sporty people!
  • There is an additional closet in the living room for extra storage space.
  • The bathroom is modern.
  • The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
  • The scenic Parque de San Isidro is nearby.
  • A large supermarket is just a 2-minute walk from the property. It's right on the corner!

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is slightly small, but it is very functional.
  • Electricity is included up to a reasonable limit. Excess use of electricity must be paid separately by the tenant.
  • To reach the Madrid city centre, you will have to take public transportation-- it's within 40 minutes by metro from Sol. Fortunately, you have lots of great public transportation options available!
  • This landlord wants to receive a copy of the tenant's passport and a bank statement
