Great fully equipped apartment in the heart of Madrid! The property is on a buidling with an elevator. The property includes equipped kitchen, terrace, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. The rooms in the house are equipped with double beds.

Landlord policies
- IT IS MANDATORY BY LAW TO SHOW YOUR PASSPORT OR OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION UPON ARRIVAL FOR REGISTRATION.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- According to the building rules, silence is requested after 10pm. Parties or noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the apartment.
- Any activity outside the use of accommodation is expressly prohibited. Any commercial or profit-making activity in the apartment is expressly prohibited. This will result in immediate expulsion and notification to the competent authorities.
- Please do not leave children unattended on the terrace. The apartment does not have a baby cot.
- Loss of keys will incur an additional cost of €50. The locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest in the event of loss or forgetfulness of keys inside the apartment.
- Please do not forget to turn off the heating and/or air conditioning when leaving the apartment each day.
- It is not allowed to move the furniture around.
- The property is not responsible for possible power surges that may occur in the street, due to causes beyond the control of our apartment, which may cause damage to electronic devices owned by the guests.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in hours are from 16.00 pm to 21.00 pm.
- From 21.00 pm check-in will be done by collecting the keys in our lockers.
- If you wish to check in in person from 21.00 pm to 23.00 pm there is an additional charge of €20 to be paid on site. If the guest requires it and subject to availability, check-in can be done before 16.00 pm provided the apartment is available and upon request and prior acceptance.
- Our check-ins are usually done in person, if there are delays on the part of the guest or in high season circumstances, check-in will be done by collecting the keys by the guest in the official locker closest to the apartment, located 5 minutes away, after informing the guest in advance.
- The guest agrees to leave the apartment on the day of check-out and leave it in good condition according to the logical standards of cleanliness and order.
