This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in a prime area of Chamartín. It stands out for its spaciousness, functional layout, and abundant natural light thanks to its large windows.
The living-dining room is spacious and comfortable, with a modern design that provides plenty of light. It has comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table, ideal for working from home with its stunning views of the city.
The open-plan kitchen with a modern island is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. It offers everything you need for comfortable cooking, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also includes a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite and has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom, also spacious, has a single bed, storage space, and a table and chair in case you need to work or study.
