This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Travesía Almendro, in La Latina, is 40 m² and comes equipped with AC. The beautifully decorated property has charming slanted ceilings, a modern bathroom, and a spacious open plan kitchen and living area.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location, close to Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, and the Gran Via. Mercado de la Cebada market is just around the corner, and El Rastro market takes place in the area every Sunday.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, and full-size refrigerator.
- The AC units can also be used as heaters.
- Marcos the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- The bedroom has a spacious built-in wardrobe.
- The area is well-known for being home to lively bars and restaurants serving traditional Spanish food.
- La Latina theatre is right next to the apartment, so you can watch a play to practice your Spanish!
