This cozy studio apartment on Calle de Santa Clara, in Madrid City Centre, covers an area of 25 m² and is beautifully decorated. The main room is furnished with a double bed, TV, and dining table with 2 chairs, and there is also a tidy tiled bathroom and a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment is located in one of the best areas to live in Madrid, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The Royal Palace, Opera and the Plaza Mayor are located nearby, and you can walk to Sol in 7 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is charming and very welcoming.
- The flat screen TV can be enjoyed from the double bed.
- There is central AC, which could also be used to heat the apartment during the winter months.
- Cédric the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- Parque del Oeste and Madrid Rio are within walking distance.
- The metro stops nearby, making it easy to travel to other parts of Madrid.
