This is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in Adelfas, Madrid.
The property has a double bedroom with exterior views, a luxurious living room with double sofa, dining table and chairs, TV and storage. Moving onto the kitchen, there is an oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave - but don't ignore the great style! And expect a great bathroom with a shower-over-bath, toilet and bidet, and superb tiles.
You are just inside the M30, and just inside the boundary of the Retiro district. If you have a car, getting around is easy peasy. (There is also a Metro station a 5-minute walk away.) You can walk to Retiro park in 19 minutes.
And if you don't know Retiro...
It's one of the most picturesque places in Madrid. You have easy access to Madrid's main Metro line and a great selection of shops and tapas bars in walking distance.
