This lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is available for rent on Calle de Palencia in Tetuán. The apartment has a lovely living room with a cozy daybed where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. The daybed is also great for guests! There's plenty of shelf space, too. You'll also find a convenient dining area in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has all the essentials, including a refrigerator and a stove. Both bedrooms are charming and well furnished with single beds, wardrobes, and desks. The bright bathroom has a nice shower and toilet. The property also has a washing machine for your use.
You'll be living in Tetúan, one of Madrid's most up-and-coming neighborhoods. If you're a Real Madrid fan, this is the place for you. It's just around the corner from the Bernabéu Stadium. In area, you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops to enjoy, including Restaurante Os Piñeiros where you can eat delicious Galician food. Supermarkets nearby include Simply City and Día.
