Ambos dormitorios cuentan con cama doble y a/c. Ideal para estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales. A solo cinco minutos a pie de EAE y a diez minutos del IE.
El piso está ubicado en la cuarta planta de un edificio sin ascensor, en el barrio El Viso, muy bien conectado por transporte público (estaciones Cruz del Rayo y República Argentina) Linea seis y con muchas tiendas, supermercados grandes y restaurantes alrededor pero en una calle tranquila.

A unos cuantos pasos encuentras un supermercado Carrefour 24 horas, tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias y mucho comercio de todo tipo donde podrás cubrir cualquier tipo de necesidad.
