This 4-bedroom apartment available to rent in Salamanca, is a bright and spacious property. There are two double-bed rooms and two single rooms, some of which come with an AC unit. The main living area is sunny and open furnished with 2 comfy couches and a large dining table, and it also opens up onto an enclosed balcony. There is also a spacious kitchen that comes fully equipped and with a breakfast bar.
Salamanca is one of Madrid's posh neighborhood known for its high-end shopping and fancy restaurants. On Calle de Alcántara, however, you also have plenty of delicious neighborhood bars and other brand name shops close by such as El Corte Inglés and Zara. The area is charming and peaceful but also a lively atmosphere.
What we liked the most
- We love the spacious living room.
- All the bedrooms receive plenty of natural light.
- There is public swimming pool about a 5-minute walk away.
- You are also very well-connected by Metro.
