This 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Bordadores in Centro. The apartment has a bright living room with comfortable couches. Next to this is the kitchen which is well-equipped kitchen and the shared bathroom which is also very bright with a shower, bath and toilet. Both bedrooms in this apartment are furnished with a double bed.
This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, close to the Plaza Mayor, Sol, the Gran Via, and many of the city's most well-known attractions. The area has endless restaurants where you could meet friends for a meal and a lot of retail stores in which to obtain some retail therapy.
What we liked the most
- The restaurants in the area have many different cuisines including Korean, Tapas, Moroccan, KFC, Pizza and Austrian.
- There are quite a few bars nearby where you could meet your friends for a drink.
- There are slanted ceilings with rafters around the apartment which gives it loft-like aesthetic.
- Both bedrooms have shelving in which to store your belongings.
- This apartment is furnished comfortably so you will not need to bring anything when you move in.
Things to keep in mind
- The tenant who moves in to this apartment must be respectful and quiet. This means you can not have parties and must be careful with noise.
- There is no parking available with this apartment however it is located near to many forms of public transport.
- The sofas in the living room are not sofa-beds.
