This is a nice 3rd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Paseo del Rey, Madrid. It's bright, it's got 3 balconies, and it has all the essentials— what's not to like?
The location is unbeatable— you'll be a short walk from a huge shopping center, where you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, a cinema, shops, and even a Metro station. Wow!
