Rent this 2-bedroom apartment located in Lavapiés , Madrid. It has a vibrant decor and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, central heating and Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms have double beds and couples are allowed.

Lavapiés is a lively district known for its diverse and multicultural atmosphere. On Calle del Conde de Romanones, you are well-connected to the city with several metro stops nearby but have plenty to do in the area. Just a few minutes away you have Calle del Ave María, which has Indian restaurants, a vegan grocery store, and several other bars and restaurants. There are also several plazas and a cinema when in the mood for a relaxed night out.

What we liked the most

  • The semi-enclosed balcony means that you can enjoy the outside space in any weather.
  • Our Homechecker, Pepa, said that she really loves this property for it's bright, welcoming interior and great location.
  • Want to catch the latest Hollywood blockbuster, but don't fancy the Spanish dubbed version? No problem! Cine Ideal, one street over, subtitles its movies rather than dubbing.
  • You couldn't get much more central than this in Madrid. From here the whole city is within easy reach.

    • If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
